ABOUT
ME
Hi, my name is Arthur and I am 22. and I’m currently completing my Master’s in Project Management at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Before moving into project management, I studied law and worked in legal roles, so I’ve always been used to structured thinking, analysis and working under pressure. Over time I realised that what I enjoyed most wasn’t just the legal work itself, but the coordination, problem-solving and the people side of getting things done which naturally led me into project management.
My background gives me a mix of analytical discipline and practical organisation, and the MSc has helped me build real confidence in planning, managing stakeholders, and leading projects from start to finish. I enjoy turning complex goals into clear plans and finding ways to keep teams aligned and motivated.
I’m committed to building a career where I can grow as a project manager, contribute to meaningful work, and keep developing my skills. I’m especially interested in roles where I can work on structured project delivery, particularly in dynamic environments like construction, consulting or technology.
Outside of work and study, I enjoy keeping active, learning new skills, and exploring different ways to challenge myself. I also DJ for fun and make music in my spare time as well as attending charity events.

• It is of most importance that the customers are always satisfied whether they are in the restaurant or the bar area.
• Working here throughout the day I must ensure the quality standard of customer service
• I assist customers in choosing their ideal meal or beverage on the day they are staying and achieving the targets within sales.
Administrative Assistant at Keith Walsh Solicitors
September 2024 - March 2025
After graduating from Maynooth University, I decided to work at Keith Walsh Solicitors to get some office and legal experience. During my time at Keith’s I have picked up many skills, including precision and attention to detail, professional communication, deadline discipline and client service.
• At the start of everyday I collected the post and the DX that has arrived at the office.
• I stamped all necessary letters and procced to scan them and then assign them to their individual files.
• I greeted any client who came in and sat them in the waiting room and prepared them for their consultation.
• Working very efficiently throughout each day is vital so that everything is completed on time.
• I help create booklets of information for my coworkers which contain any information related to their clients.
• Proofreading all work that has been done to ensure that no mistakes have been made.
SKILLS
Teamwork
I work well in teams and genuinely enjoy the mix of perspectives that comes with group work. Throughout my Master’s, I’ve collaborated with people from different backgrounds and different countries across the world. I love to communicate clearly, listen actively, and keep tasks moving even when things get busy. I’m the type of person who steps in when something needs to be organised, makes sure everyone’s voice is heard, and helps the group stay focused on the final goal. Teamwork brings out my best qualities such as reliability, calmness, and an ability to keep people aligned.
POPULAR
COMMUNICATION
Dedication
I’ve always placed a lot of importance on clear and respectful communication, and it’s something I try to bring into every setting. Whether I’m working in a team, supporting colleagues or speaking with clients, I make sure I listen properly, understand what’s needed and respond in a way that’s both professional and easy to follow. I’m comfortable explaining things, asking questions when I need clarity and keeping people updated so nothing falls through the cracks. Good communication is at the centre of how I work, and it’s helped me build strong relationships in every role I’ve been in.
I’m someone who commits fully to whatever I start, and I always make sure I complete it to a high standard. A clear example of this is my decision to finish my law degree, even when I realised early on that my long-term future wasn’t in legal practice. Instead of walking away, I stayed focused, put in the work, and came out with a strong qualification that shaped how I think and work today. Sticking with it taught me discipline, resilience and the value of following through.
HOBBIES
CHARITY EVENTS: HELL AND BACK
NEW!
Giving back is something I genuinely enjoy, and I try to get involved in charity events whenever I can. One of the highlights for me is taking part in “Hell and Back,” a fundraising challenge that pushes me physically but is incredibly rewarding.
I love the mix of supporting a good cause, connecting with people, and doing something that takes me out of my comfort zone. Experiences like this remind me how important it is to contribute to something bigger than myself, and they always leave me motivated to keep helping where I can.
DJING
During my undergraduate years in Maynooth, I was part of the university’s DJ Society, which gave me the chance to play at events and small gigs around campus. It was a great outlet for creativity and a way to meet people with the same passion for music. I still enjoy working on my own mixes and experimenting with production in my spare time. It’s something that lets me switch off, stay creative and keep developing a hobby that I’ve always loved.
